Send a correction

The most useful post we get is a correction with a source attached. The second most useful is a photograph of a gallery, a pillar or a cut face that we can date.

What to send

• Corrections to an entry, with the entry title and, if you have one, a reference.
• Photographs of the workings, the cliff or the river, with the location and a note on when they were taken.
• Additions: a use a gallery was put to, a street that moved, a survey we have missed.

Please do not write asking for access to the underground workings. This site has none to give, and most of the galleries are private property or closed on safety grounds.
